How long does a detail take?
Service time varies by package, vehicle size and condition. Most detailing appointments take approximately 1.5–5 hours. Heavily soiled vehicles or additional services may require more time. Your estimated service time will be shown during booking.
Do you come to me?
VASS LUX brings premium mobile detailing and select vehicle maintenance directly to your home, workplace or other approved location throughout Raleigh and surrounding Triangle communities. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
Why do prices vary?
Pricing varies based on vehicle size, condition and selected services. Additional treatments such as pet hair removal, heavy stain extraction or excessive-condition service may increase the final price.
How do I book?
Booking is completed online or by text. Simply select your service, vehicle information, available appointment time and service location.
What's included in the Signature Full Detail?
It combines a full exterior hand wash and finish with a complete interior clean, covering the dashboard, console, door panels, glass and floor mats, for a full refresh inside and out.
Do you service motorcycles and RVs?
Yes. We offer motorcycle detailing and exterior detailing for motorhomes, travel trailers and campers. RV interior detailing is not currently offered.
Do you offer vehicle maintenance?
Yes. We offer select small vehicle maintenance, including synthetic oil changes, tire pressure and fluid/safety checks, and front and rear brake pad replacement.
What happens if my vehicle needs extra cleaning?
Excessive dirt, debris, pet hair, stains, odors or buildup may require additional time and charges. Any significant adjustment will be communicated before additional work is performed.
